You also have to complete the spooky forest quest in order to even take the level 6 quest, and both the spooky forest and the Friars can be sped up significantly with things that give -combat like Olfaction. I don't know how many IotMs you may have but a lot of them give you big boosts to your level right out the gate, such as the Bastille Battalion which iirc lets you start at turn 0 with enough XP to reach level 4, making this endeavor a lot easier. If you are annoyed you paid real money for this so called limited time event character only for it to become available a few months later for freely generated in game donuts then add your complaint here.
